I’m interested in becoming a client. What should I do next?

  1. Completely fill out the form in the “Contact Me” section; you will get an email to set up a time for a phone consultation to determine the program that fits you best.  During the phone consultation we’ll discuss:

    1. Desired program

    2. Schedule availability

    3. PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) and liability waiver

    4. Q&A

  2. During or after your phone consultation, you will be emailed a PAR-Q and Liability Waiver form for you to complete, electronically sign, and return.

  3. Once Fit Fuel Fit Body has received your PAR-Q and Liability Waiver, you will be emailed a link to purchase your package.  (Note: you cannot purchase a package without submitting a completed and signed PAR-Q and Liability Waiver.)

  4. After your payment has been received you will be contacted to confirm your initial assessment and coaching schedule.  

What can I expect from Fit Fuel Fit Body?

You can expect a customized "client centered" program that fits your needs and goals. Fit Fuel Fit Body believes that every client is unique and has different strengths and challenges; this is not a “one size fits all” program. Each client is met individually where they are and goals are developed by the coach and client together. The goals will be challenging yet achievable based on your skills and interests. For example, there may be skills that some clients are interested in, such as calculating macronutrients and meal prep, that other clients may already know or not have interest. Your Fit Fuel Fit Body coach will listen first, plan second, and encourage always. Note: This is not MNT (Medical Nutrition Therapy. Consult your dietician or doctor for medical advice.

What can I expect from the Nutrition and Fitness Program?

You will receive a 60 minute initial assessment to be used the 1st week/1st Session of the program.  We will discuss your fitness and nutrition goals and do a fitness assessment (be prepared to do a fitness test: be warmed up and in workout clothes). You will be given a calendar and specifically designed nutrition and fitness goals based on the assessment.  You will receive a 20 minute weekly nutrition session. The nutrition session is where we trouble-shoot your specific needs and set weekly goals. We will discuss what is working for you and what you are having challenges with.  The 20 minute nutrition session must be used each week – it will not carry over to the next week.  You will also receive 2 x 30 minute workouts via video technology (facetime, zoom, skype). The 2 workout sessions per week must be used each week - they do not carry over to the next week.  You have the option of 2 separate 30 minute sessions or 1 x 60 minutes session.  You have unlimited email support with any questions or struggles you may be having.  I check email daily.

What can I expect from the Nutrition (Only) Program?

 You will receive an initial 45 minute initial assessment to be used the 1rst week of the program. You will be given a calendar and specifically designed goals based on the assessment. You will receive a 20 minute weekly nutrition session. The nutrition session is where we trouble-shoot your specific needs and a weekly goal. We will discuss what is working for you and what you are having challenges with.  The 20 minute nutrition session must be used each week – it will not carry over to the next week.  You have unlimited email support with any questions or struggles you may be having.  I check email daily. 

What can I expect from the Fitness (Only) Program?

You will receive a 45 minute initial assessment to be used the 1st week/1st session of the program.  We will discuss your fitness goals and do a fitness test. Be warmed up and in workout clothes.  You will be given a calendar and specifically designed workout program with goals based on the assessment. You will receive 2- 30 minute workouts via technology (facetime, zoom, skype). The 2 workout sessions per week must be used each week - they do not carry over to the next week.  You have the option of 2 separate 30 minute sessions or 1 60 minute session.  You have unlimited email support with any questions or struggles you may be having.  I check email daily.

What can I expect from a workout?

Every workout will be different based on your individual goals and available equipment.  I will meet you at your fitness level and coach you to make the improvement you desire. I will ask you to take pictures or a video of the space you will be using and the equipment you have available and I will creatively use whatever is available to design your workout. If you do not have weights, I recommend purchasing resistance bands.  However, we can get in a great workout without any equipment.
